Description
The automatic spindle capping machine allows for continuous capping of screw type caps on an automated packaging system. The spindle capper uses sets of rubber discs to apply torque to each bottle and cap combination passing through the machine, creating a consistent and reliable seal. Gripper belts will stabilize bottles as they move through the bottle capper to avoid cross threading or loose caps.
Automatic spindle cappers will use a cap delivery system, such as a cap elevator or vibratory bowl to deliver the caps to the bottles just before they reach the tightening spnidles.
